A design to allow the homeowner to age in place, and enjoy their years in the comfort of their own home. This home is barrier free, from the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) compliant thresholds, with rollunder custom vanities in the ensuite bathrooms to outdoor spaces that are easily accessible for everyone. This is a two bedroom, 3 bathroom home with indoor and outdoor private spaces on the preferred south side of the house, as well as hard landscaped spaces on the north side for guests and the owners.
