Major renovation of a 1840’s rubblestone home. Once the original manse to a Church in Gananoque ON, this house had seen two major renovations since its construction in 1840. The home was brought it back to life, removing two separate additions from the back of the house, we replaced the once removed load bearing beams, levelled all floors, waterproofed the basement, fully insulated the house with sprayfoam insulation, replaced all of the windows, doors, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Renewed to create a master suite with a west facing balcony, plus another 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a traditional and quite fitting covered porch to the rear yard.
