Architectural design + build

This historical renovation took this property back to its original charm and heritage. Originally named the Pittsburgh Inn dating from 1837; it was fully renovated and restored to a single family home. The expertise of Gibson Timber Frame made this stone and timber frame structure come back to life. Radiant heating was installed on all three floors with the original interior limestone walls intact and new custom period windows.
