The project began as a reconstruction of a century old boat house with the addition of a second floor for additional bedrooms and bathrooms. It was completely rebuilt; from the cedar cribs to the rooftop dormers and topped off with an eight sided timber frame turret by Gibson Timber Frame.
A lighthouse theme seemed appropriate for this waterfront property with perfect views of the St. Lawrence River. This home features a boathouse, a 3 season porch, a grand timber frame entrance with 8’ double doors, a custom olive wood bar, balcony and turret.
